Delivery

LCB Surf Store will despatch your order the same day for all orders placed befor 2pm subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know.

The standard post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our UK deliveries.

The delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Most items:
2-3 day delivery up to 30kgs = £2.95
Next working day delivery up to 30kgs = £4.95

Surfboards and snow:
2-3 day delivery up to 30kgs = £6.95
Next working day delivery up to 30kgs = £9.95

Orders sent for next day will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.

Please note we cannot accept next day or two day (48 hour) deliveries to the following postcodes.

IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - shetland, GY - Guernsey, JE - Jersey


International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force Euro 48hours service. The delivery charge for orders to mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland (weight up to 30kgs) is £10. Delivery time is 2 – 5 working days.
LCB Surf Store reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.
