At LCB we decided to always choose Organic Milk, Coffee, Tea, and Juice because we believe in keeping the earth and our bodies healthy.

When pesticides are used in farming it not only negatively effects the crops, but it damages the soil and puts farmers at risk to pesticide poisoning.

No one is really sure what ingesting pesticides will do to us, but it just doesn't seem good. We also think it's best not to drink milk that comes from cows that have been pumped up with antibiotics and hormones. Organic milk comes from farms who don't use antibiotics and hormones, and who let their cows roam freely. It also tastes better, and is a part of what makes our creamy lattes and hot chocolates so tatsy.
